Three rooms in a row, with different sizes and characteristics, follow one another and speak for themselves. Three rooms with different types of lighting, with different furnishings, but in total harmony with each other, open in front of the visitor who can in turn imagine his own direction!
The large skylights on the roof, the light that filters through the glass block in the walls above, give a natural light, but rightly filtered to the central room and allow you to appreciate the change of lighting in the last room that has the charm of a living and dining room to live in serenity.
The lobby, hall and meeting rooms are equipped with all safety systems, from the escape route to the fire-fighting system, ready to be experienced as everyone wants to interpret them. In the Main Hall, behind a large window, there is an equipped kitchen, a fundamental point of support for all occasions that require a moment of refreshment, from aperitifs to gourmet dinners.
Once through the door of CODEX 49R, the public finds themselves in an environment made up of bookcases, ancient volumes, soft lighting and velvets.

The small arch at the end is ready to reveal the mystery to those who enter for the first time. A fundamental space for welcoming and also for finding those moments of relax between one work session and another.
Fulcrum of CODEX49R, thanks to its large size and height, as well as offering ample space to the environment, allows you to easily manage all types of events.
It was designed as a stage where, with the exception of the bookcases, each piece of furniture can be moved and positioned as needed. This gives the Codex49rosso the characteristic of transformability, an important quality in a space that is proposed in the world of major events such as gala dinners, fashion shows, photographic and video services, workshops or shows and presentations.
Directly connected to the Main Hall and of much smaller dimensions, the Meeting Room has all the features to be able to host operational meetings, workshops, business to business presentations, where concentration and operation are determining factors.
Its configuration makes it suitable for convivial meetings, dinners and other special occasions, where there is a greater need for privacy and sharing.
Like a pearl inside its shell, the CODEX 49R kitchen is equipped with the latest technologies: large oven, induction hob, modern extractor hood, worktop.
All in bright steel that contrasts nicely with the large iron window, which overlooks the Main Hall.
The long corridor that runs parallel to the Main Hall is only an apparently secondary element. Its presence allows you to reach the Meeting Room without necessarily having to cross the Main Hall in all its length, avoiding in this way any disturbance to the event that is taking place.
